Prices
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (arrival 16.00; depart 10.00) although there might be some flexibility in low season. The cost includes a midweek 3 hour clean as well as the end of week clean. It might be possible to rent the house in low season for less than a full week so please ask.
During low season, if your party is 8 or less and you will not be using the Bergerie, we can offer a slightly lower rate.

Terms and Conditions
30% of the total must be paid to secure your booking. This is non-refundable except in the case of something like Covid which prevents travel to France.
The non-refundable balance is due 6 weeks before your stay begins.
A deposit of £700 (fully refundable within two weeks of the end of your stay if there are no breakages) is requested with the balance, 6 weeks before the beginning of your stay.
The lead renter must be over 35 years.
Bookings are for a maximum of 14 adult guests and in Low Season maximum of 12 adult guests.
Catering
If you require catering either for a one off dinner or daily meals please let us know and we can put you in touch with a local cook. If you would like additional housekeeping or babysitting, this can easily be arranged.
